🏠 House Rules & Guest Agreement – OFM Signatures Suites

Thank you for choosing OFM Signature Suites. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, all guests are required to follow these rules.

✅ Guest Information

• Lead guest must be 21 years or older.
  
  

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required before or at check-in.
  
  

• Only the number of guests listed in the booking confirmation may stay overnight.
  
  

🛑 House Rules

• No Smoking or Vaping inside the apartment. A £250 fee applies for deep cleaning if violated.
  
  

• No Parties or Events – the property is for residential use only. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
  
  

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbours.
  
  

• No Pets allowed
  
  

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or Late check-out, only by prior arrangement.
  
  

💳 Security Deposit

• A £150 refundable security deposit may be pre-authorised on your card before check-in.
  
  

• Released within 5–7 business days after check-out, provided no damage, missing items, or breaches of house rules.
  
  

⚠️ Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breach during their stay.
  
  

• OFM Signature Suites is not liable for loss of personal belongings.
  
  

📌 Agreement

By booking, you confirm that you:

• Have read and agree to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  
  

• Agree to comply with these House Rules during your stay.
  
  

• Authorise OFM Signature Suites to charge the security deposit or recover costs for any damages, smoking, or policy breaches.
